We are on the lookout for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Operations Specialist to enhance our operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a robust technical background who are enthusiastic about optimizing systems, managing technical tools, and assisting our internal teams with their technological requirements.
This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance existing processes across various departments, such as Sales and Customer Support.
- Leverage automation tools and AI solutions to minimize manual tasks.
- Address technical inquiries in internal communication channels, resolving issues related to platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, and Stripe.
- Investigate tools, processes, and technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement new procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations.
- Fluent in English at a B2 level or higher.
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
- Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation is essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and manage personal workload efficiently.
- Strong communicator capable of clarifying technical topics for non-technical audiences.
