We are on the lookout for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Operations Specialist to enhance our operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a robust technical background who are enthusiastic about optimizing systems, managing technical tools, and assisting our internal teams with their technological requirements.

 

This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance existing processes across various departments, such as Sales and Customer Support.
  • Leverage automation tools and AI solutions to minimize manual tasks.
  • Address technical inquiries in internal communication channels, resolving issues related to platforms like HubSpot, Aircall, and Stripe.
  • Investigate tools, processes, and technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement new procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
