The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the commercetools Platform, which serves as the technical backbone of our offerings, alongside complementary products like the Payment Hub and AI Hub, as well as ecosystem enablers such as Agent Gateway and various integrations.
This position necessitates a deep, hands-on understanding of modern AI platforms and architectures. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams on AI-driven capabilities, including large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, model orchestration, and AI platform integrations. Success in this role hinges on your ability to comprehend these systems at a technical level, not just market them.
Your role will involve defining and articulating the value of our connected commerce ecosystem, empowering customers, partners, and developers to innovate more rapidly and intelligently. You will creatively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience with varying levels of technical expertise, utilize data and research to devise impactful positioning and messaging, and tap into internal knowledge resources to gain a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
You will narrate complex technical concepts, ranging from composable architecture to next-generation agentic commerce, into engaging stories that inspire market adoption and differentiation. By closely collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership, you will shape how we bring innovation to life across our portfolio.
