Current Challenges and Future Goals:
Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving growth at Glow25. We are on the lookout for a Senior Marketing & Conversion Analyst who will take charge of tracking quality, ensuring marketing performance visibility, and overseeing end-to-end funnel reporting. In this position, you will work directly with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), pixels, SQL, and serve as the liaison between Marketing, Tech, and Data, ensuring our marketing decisions are based on trustworthy, actionable insights.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee our tracking and measurement setup from start to finish, including GTM implementation (both client and server-side), marketing pixels, GA4 events, and campaign tracking logic, ensuring that new campaigns, features, and landing pages are measurable from day one.
- Ensure GDPR and consent compliance, understanding how consent mechanisms influence attribution, event tracking, and campaign performance, while aligning our tracking with legal and technical requirements.
- Analyze marketing performance beyond platform dashboards: evaluate Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and contribution margin, conduct cohort analyses, assess Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and connect campaign performance to backend revenue and subscription behavior.
- Map and optimize our webshop funnel by identifying drop-offs, quantifying revenue impact, segmenting by traffic source and device, and supporting Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives through structured analysis.
- Develop reliable marketing data models utilizing advanced SQL and dbt, create actionable reporting, and ensure consistent metric definitions that stakeholders can depend on.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or e-commerce environment with subscription models and paid traffic dynamics.
- Expertise in GTM and GA4, with comprehensive knowledge from setup to troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL capabilities and experience in data management.
