Role Overview
The Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our clients' websites through the implementation of data-driven strategies designed to maximize conversion rates.
This position involves analyzing user behaviors, pinpointing optimization opportunities, and executing modifications to enhance overall site performance. You will work closely with copywriters, designers, developers, and other team members to achieve these goals.
Your responsibilities will include formulating tailored Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies for clients, conducting comprehensive website audits to discover areas for improvement, executing A/B and multivariate tests to assess necessary changes, and collaborating with internal teams to implement, track, and refine the results of optimizations.

The responsibilities for the Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and executing customized, data-driven backend CRO strategies for clients to boost website performance and conversion rates.
- Conducting comprehensive audits of client websites to identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyzing user behavior using analytical CRO tools, user feedback, heatmaps, and session recordings to reveal trends and optimization opportunities.
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and measure the effects of CRO changes.
- Enhancing landing and product pages, checkout processes, and overall website architecture.
- Collaborating closely with copywriters, designers, and developers to apply best practices and ensure successful implementation of CRO strategies.
