The Role

Nebius is seeking a Senior Enterprise Network Engineer with advanced automation capabilities to design, implement, and optimize enterprise networks across the United States, covering wired, wireless, and VPN infrastructures.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise wired and wireless networks across the United States, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Owning and maintaining network connectivity between branch offices worldwide, collaborating with global teams to standardize architecture and operations.
  • Managing and ensuring the reliable operation of remote access systems (VPN), including capacity planning, resiliency, and continuous improvements.
  • Deploying, maintaining, and continually enhancing automation and monitoring tools; defining best practices and driving automation-first operations.
  • Diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, including cross-region and cross-provider incidents.
