What You’ll Do
As a Principal Engineer specializing in Enterprise Networking, you will be an integral part of our success, working from our Boise, Idaho office. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering best-practice network designs and implementations to create reliable, available, and scalable network solutions.
  • Conducting analysis, diagnosis, and fault isolation of client network issues.
  • Preparing project proposals that encompass Bill of Materials, Engineering Professional Services Estimates, and Statements of Work.
  • Creating and delivering post-implementation documentation for clients.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Acting as a hands-on post-sales engineer to implement and support networking projects.
  • Physically installing network infrastructure equipment, including routers and switches.
  • Performing upgrades on customer equipment.
  • Anticipating IT industry trends and aligning solutions with client business objectives.
  • Documenting and auditing client infrastructures.
  • Providing technical thought leadership in client interactions.
  • Maintaining and expanding technical certifications based on industry changes.
