As the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Lumos, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of autonomous identity, redefining market expectations for identity and access management solutions in the agentic era. You will be at the intersection of product, sales, and the broader market. Your responsibilities will include articulating our value proposition, differentiating ourselves in a competitive identity landscape, and translating complex functionalities into clear messaging that resonates with buyers. You will be a senior leader driving the next evolution in identity.

We are not merely on a mission to enhance IAM; we are revolutionizing it. This entails that our narrative must be as precise as our technology. This role is accountable for ensuring Lumos presents clear, credible, and distinct messaging that propels our go-to-market strategies.

You will collaborate closely with various teams within the marketing organization, as well as Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to refine Lumos’ positioning, execute product launches, lead competitive intelligence efforts, develop impactful content, and empower the go-to-market teams.
