Our vision is to enhance GDP in emerging markets by ensuring the global financial system is equitable and accessible. About Our Commercial Team
Our commercial team is the heart of Capi, a dynamic group of curious, driven builders who are consistently engaging with customers in the field, identifying their challenges, and crafting real solutions to streamline cross-border payments. Utilizing HubSpot, they maintain a structured and data-focused approach, converting each interaction into insights that fuel growth.
They embody an entrepreneurial spirit, self-starters who take initiative, depend on data to inform decisions, and are fervent about assisting businesses with their international payment challenges.
Your Role as Sales Manager
We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager.
This role combines sales and account management to ensure that our customers gain the utmost value from our international payments platform.
You will engage directly with customers to understand their unique needs, tackle challenges, and stimulate repeat transactions. By converting leads, acquiring new clients, and following up with onboarded, inactive, and churned accounts, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
