By streamlining global trade, we enable local businesses to accelerate their growth, create more jobs, and enhance prosperity within their communities.
Our goal is to bolster GDP in emerging markets by ensuring that the global financial system is equitable and accessible. We are dedicated to simplifying the payment process for importers dealing with international suppliers, allowing enterprises to expand swiftly and become catalysts for their nation's prosperity.
Our team consists of approximately 80 dedicated individuals from 10 different countries, all sharing a passion for impactful work. We are looking for motivated individuals to join us in this endeavor!

About Our Commercial Team
The commercial team is the driving force of Capi - a coalition of inquisitive, ambitious, and proactive builders. They actively engage with customers, uncover their challenges, and devise effective solutions to simplify and expedite cross-border payments. Utilizing HubSpot, they maintain a structured and data-driven approach, transforming interactions into insights and insights into growth.
Members of this team possess an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of their responsibilities, making data-driven decisions, and passionately assisting businesses in overcoming their international payment hurdles.
Role Overview
We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager.
This role encompasses both sales and account management duties to ensure our customers receive optimal value from our international payments platform.
You will engage directly with clients to understand their requirements, resolve challenges, and promote repeat transactions. By converting leads, acquiring new clients, and following up with onboarded, inactive, and churned accounts, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
