Role Overview
As a Recruiter for the Africa Market, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Capi’s Business, Sales, and Operations teams.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment for high-impact positions in a rapidly growing fintech environment, collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet ambitious hiring goals within tight timelines.
