Note that this is not a 360 recruitment role. Your focus will be on candidate engagement, talent pipeline development, and supporting the overarching recruitment strategy through thorough research and analysis. Availability during US time zones is essential, making this role ideal for a proactive, organized professional ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate candidates for roles in data centres, engineering, construction, and technical operations.
- Conduct structured interviews and create shortlists based on candidate fit.
- Collaborate with senior team members to meet urgent and high-priority hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of specialized talent across various technical sectors.
- Perform competitor analysis and gather market insights to refine recruitment strategies.
- Ensure accurate candidate records and support the hiring process through internal systems.
- Align your working hours with US time zones to facilitate effective communication.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing, preferably in data centre, engineering, construction, or other technical fields.
- Confidence in conducting screening interviews and assessing candidates against specialized criteria.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
- Experience with market mapping, research, or competitive analysis in a recruitment context is advantageous.
- A reliable internet connection, a laptop, and a quiet, professional workspace are mandatory.
- Must be available to work primarily within US time zones.
