A minimum of 2 years of relevant new home sales experience in the housing market, demonstrating a successful track record in both sales volume and customer satisfaction. Goal-oriented with the ability to balance individual and team collaboration. Demonstrates adaptability, confidence, creativity, resilience, and a strong customer-service orientation. Excellent communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and organizational capabilities. Competent in computer skills with a willingness to embrace new technologies. Must currently hold and maintain all necessary state and local real estate licenses.

You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams to guarantee a smooth homebuilding process and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform visiting customers into future homeowners within our new home communities.
  • Leverage various resources to drive sales, including marketing materials, model homes, and realtor partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals with minimal oversight.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to uphold M/I Homes' leading industry position.
  • Inform potential buyers about M/I Homes' offerings, community benefits, financing options, and more.
  • Serve as the primary contact for homebuyers, providing assistance from the initial meeting to home closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in division meetings to ensure effective communication and a seamless homebuilding process.
  • Uphold M/I Homes' brand image by monitoring community presentation and home maintenance.
