A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in new home sales within the housing market, demonstrating a successful track record in sales volume and customer satisfaction. Goal-driven with the ability to balance individual performance with teamwork. Displays adaptability, confidence, creativity, resilience, self-motivation, and a strong customer service orientation. Excellent communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and organizational abilities. Competency in computer skills and willingness to embrace new technologies. Possession of all necessary state and local real estate licenses is required now and in the future.

Your duties will encompass demonstrating our diverse product features, floor plans, and design options tailored to each customer's unique preferences. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with internal teams to guarantee a smooth homebuilding process and ensure customer satisfaction at every phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform visiting customers into proud homeowners within our new home communities.
  • Leverage various resources to drive sales, including marketing materials, model homes, and realtor partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and customer service objectives with minimal oversight.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to uphold M/I Homes' leading position in the industry.
  • Inform potential buyers about M/I Homes' offerings, community benefits, financing options, and more.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for homebuyers, providing support from the initial meeting through to home closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in division meetings to ensure effective communication and a smooth homebuilding process.
  • Uphold M/I Homes' brand image by ensuring community aesthetics and home upkeep.
