In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding our customers through the homebuying experience. You will showcase our diverse product features, innovative floorplans, and stylish designs, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each prospective homeowner. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying homebuilding journey, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Transform visiting customers into proud homeowners within our new home communities.
  • Leverage a variety of resources, including marketing materials, model homes, and realtor partnerships, to drive sales.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and customer service goals with minimal oversight.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to uphold M/I Homes’ leading position in the industry.
  • Educate potential buyers on M/I Homes’ offerings, community benefits, financing options, and more.
  • Act as the primary liaison for homebuyers, providing support from the initial meeting through to home closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in division meetings to ensure effective communication and a streamlined homebuilding process.
  • Uphold M/I Homes' brand integrity by maintaining the community's appearance and the upkeep of homes.
