In this position, you will deliver on-site technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems while effectively addressing a variety of support requests. As a vital member of our IT support team, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing hardware/software across a wide array of technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt on-site technical support to end-users, efficiently resolving a diverse range of issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, and networking devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating unresolved problems as necessary.
  • Collaborate with remote teams to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Assist in the deployment and implementation of new technologies and systems.
  • Document support activities meticulously, manage support tickets, and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures throughout all support activities.
