Your Role

As a Junior IT Support Specialist at Lefebvre Sdu, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from your colleagues. You will ensure that staff receive prompt and effective assistance, whether it's a password reset, workplace issue, or system access request.

You will operate in a modern IT environment, collaborating with external partners for workplace management and cloud services. You will take the lead in resolving issues independently while involving internal colleagues or external suppliers as necessary. Throughout the process, you will monitor progress and maintain communication with the end-users until resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle IT tickets via phone, email, chat, and portal

  • Register, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests

  • Execute user management tasks (Active Directory / Entra ID, MFA, onboarding/offboarding)

  • Support workplace environments (Windows, macOS, Intune, Jamf)

  • Resolve common IT issues related to software, networking, and access

  • Escalate more complex issues to internal colleagues or external IT partners

  • Monitor ticket progress and actively communicate with end-users

  • Manage hardware and IT assets

  • Document solutions and enhance the knowledge base

You are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and able to maintain oversight, even in busy situations. You enjoy assisting others and delving into IT challenges to find solutions.

Additionally, you have:

  • A completed IT education (minimum MBO level 4)

  • Experience in an IT support role is advantageous
