Role Overview: Graduate Position in Tech Operations
This home-based role in Mauritius is part of our Graduate Program. It offers hands-on experience in technical operations and analytics, supporting our mission to keep payments running smoothly. Expect to work with colleagues from different teams while building skills that matter in fintech.
What You Will Do
- Monitor and Respond: Serve as the first responder to alerts from monitoring systems, diagnosing and resolving issues in AWS cloud and Cisco on-premise environments.
- Incident Management: Work with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical problems and help implement solutions that prevent future incidents.
- Automation: Use Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform to automate responses and streamline deployments.
- Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Security, and Application Support teams to resolve incidents quickly and keep services running.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to refining ITSM and operational processes to maintain high service standards and meet SLAs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed during incidents, providing clear and timely updates.
