Role Overview: Graduate in Tech Operations
This graduate program offers hands-on experience in technical operations. Participants build essential technical skills, work closely with experienced teams, and contribute to Checkout.com’s mission of simplifying payments.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor systems proactively and respond to alerts from monitoring tools, troubleshooting issues across AWS cloud and Cisco on-premise infrastructure.
- Work with experienced engineers to resolve incidents and help prevent future problems.
- Participate in Infrastructure-as-Code projects, using automation tools like Terraform to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Application Support teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
- Support improvements to ITSM and operational processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders during incidents, providing timely and accurate updates.
