The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a remarkable opportunity for a graduate to kickstart their career in operations within a vibrant and fast-paced environment. As a permanent member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency across production processes, assisting with planning and scheduling, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of daily production activities to achieve output and quality goals.
- Assist in continuous improvement projects aimed at boosting efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Track operational performance metrics and compile reports for management review.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address production challenges.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food quality standards.
- Maintain precise documentation and records of operational processes.

Requirements
