Qualifications:A robust background in retail, with a preference for luxury retail experience. A minimum of 5 years in service excellence, customer experience, and training roles. Proven experience in facilitating classroom training, workshops, and on-field coaching focused on customer experience, emotional selling, and clienteling/CRM for retail teams. Skilled in employing interactive methods for learning activities. Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English. Ability to develop training materials and activities is a plus.

Your Role:
As a Freelance CX Trainer, you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with your team to meet project requirements and schedules. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing client learning needs to deliver impactful training programs tailored to their teams.
  • Collaborating with project plans to identify training objectives and scheduling sessions.
  • Designing engaging training programs that foster learning and growth.
  • Facilitating training sessions both in-class and online, creating an interactive and dynamic atmosphere that drives mindset shifts and behavioral changes.
  • Inspiring participants through a variety of methodologies including discussions, demonstrations, games, and storytelling.
  • Providing coaching support, both on-site and virtually.
