THE ROLE
We are in search of intelligent, driven, and humble high achievers to surpass sales targets and articulate how Ncontracts can revolutionize a prospect's business operations. You will implement a robust go-to-market strategy aimed at not only meeting but exceeding sales objectives while overseeing the initial stages of the sales cycle within a designated geographic territory.
YOU WILL
- Initiate discovery calls for Enterprise and Inside Sales teams.
- Build relationships within major financial institutions including banks and credit unions.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects and collaborate with sales colleagues to develop prospect lists.
- Gather detailed insights within targeted accounts to pinpoint key contacts and essential account details.
- Identify and pursue strategic new prospects to accelerate growth in your territory.
- Utilize identified customer challenges to recommend relevant campaigns and events aimed at enhancing engagement.
- Achieve or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including a minimum of 50 outbound calls, 50 outbound emails, and scheduling 4 discovery meetings with potential clients.
- Provide constructive feedback to sales leadership on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the BDR role.
- Proactively gain knowledge about Ncontracts products, competitor offerings, and market trends through various resources, including the company website and webinars.
