ED is currently enhancing its Business Development Department to undertake diverse missions worldwide, spanning various geographical and technological domains.
The organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Business Development Manager to work at its Marousi, Athens office and lead a team of three professionals.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the senior management team and will have ample opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the group's project and product offerings, technologies, and capabilities, while staying updated on industry trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by monitoring public and private sector tender portals.
- Contribute to shaping the group’s commercial and business development strategy across various sectors.
- Manage multiple client accounts and analyze international tender opportunities in the IT sector.
- Create persuasive bid content, including executive summaries, value propositions, pricing models, and technical responses for digital transformation and software solutions.
- Oversee the entire bid process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
- Work closely with technical teams to grasp the technical vision and translate complex information into clear, compelling proposals that demonstrate business value.
- Manage resources and timelines to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions.
- Draft, consolidate, and review both commercial and technical documents.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
- Continuously improve bid processes, templates, and best practices for increased efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase ED’s capabilities and expand its professional network.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and training initiatives to enhance the overall business development function.
