Role overview

The Director of Product Management will shape the future of Orchard’s marketplace for home buyers and sellers. This leader uses customer insights, data, and experimentation to create products that engage users and set new benchmarks for the industry. Collaboration with designers, engineers, sales, marketing, real estate agents, and operations is central to delivering solutions that simplify the home buying and selling experience. A background in developing products at growth-focused companies and experience with prototyping new concepts are important for this position.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial research and ideation through development, launch, and ongoing analysis.
  • Own the Growth product roadmap, with a focus on testing new products that increase the customer base and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Evaluate results from experiments and tests, using data and qualitative feedback to guide future priorities.
  • Be responsible for ambitious growth KPIs and maintain a roadmap that drives progress toward these targets.
  • Lead a dedicated scrum team and promote a culture centered on results and high velocity.
  • Gather user feedback and conduct competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
