  • Join our dynamic End User Technology Desktop Engineering Team as a Desktop Support Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in managing and administering our SCCM and Intune environments.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass desktop builds, monthly patching, and application packaging for deployment in SCCM, alongside tier 3 desktop troubleshooting.
  • You will engage in medium to large-scale projects that impact the entire organization, providing technical leadership and vision for the technologies under your purview.
  • We value teamwork and also encourage independent work. A strong ability to respond quickly to incidents coupled with excellent communication skills is essential.
  • Key requirements include experience as an SCCM Administrator, planning upgrades, and implementing System Center Configuration Manager components, along with software packaging and deployment through SCCM OSD (Operating System Deployment) using task sequences.
  • Support for SCCM infrastructure, software updates to workstations, and third-party update deployment (Ivanti) are crucial components of this role.
  • You should be adept in administrative services, ticket management, and operational maintenance (ServiceNow experience preferred), with knowledge of Intune and Autopilot.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions for desktop automation, including desktop builds, application packaging, deployment, and patch management for virtual desktops, as well as automation for applications packaged for Windows 10/11.
  • Document processes and ensure continuous review for maintenance and improvement while managing and implementing monthly and immediate (zero-day) patches for corporate end-user devices running Windows 10/11.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Engineer for Azure Virtual Desktop management, automation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and develop the Autopilot build and imaging processes for corporate end-user devices specifically for Windows 10/11 desktops.
  • Engage with our ticketing system to manage issues and report solutions, and troubleshoot level 3 incidents as they arise.
  • Interaction with Microsoft or other vendor support may be required. Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy is a plus.
