Diagnose and resolve various user computing issues while ensuring follow-up on reported problems. Provide technical support via phone, remote access, deskside, or on-site visits as necessary. Set up and image devices for new hires. Experience with ticketing systems is required; ensure all tickets are documented and resolved appropriately. Manage device inventory effectively. This position may require extended hours or occasional work on nights and weekends. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Office 365 productivity tools. Skilled in VPN troubleshooting and connectivity. Provide mobile device support. Adhere to client compliance standards.
