About This Role:

Novir is seeking a Customer Success Specialist who will be the main point of contact for designated OHS clients before, during, and after onsite vaccination clinics. You'll establish strong, trusted relationships with community leaders and key stakeholders. Proactively communicate timelines, expectations, and next steps to guarantee a seamless customer experience. Advocate for customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage.
