Role Overview: Customer Success Manager (French Speaking)
Based in Lisbon, this Customer Success Manager role focuses on building strong relationships with executive stakeholders in a portfolio of accounts. The position covers the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, user adoption, engagement, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to key account stakeholders, understanding their business needs and objectives
- Lead customer onboarding and drive user acquisition and engagement
- Work to retain customers and protect annual recurring revenue
- Identify and close upsell opportunities within your portfolio
- Promote customer satisfaction by establishing actionable next steps and demonstrating product value
Who We’re Looking For
- Fluency in French (required)
- Experience managing customer relationships, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Track record of achieving high customer satisfaction and retention
- Ability to identify expansion sales and drive revenue growth
- Strong communication and organizational skills
