Essential Skills:Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching. Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to empathize and actively listen to our members. You must effectively convey the value of Bold’s technological offerings and programs. Customer Service Tools: Familiarity with CRMs and customer service tools (experience with Insightly CRM and HubSpot is a plus). Organization & Attention to Detail: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of work while ensuring quality interactions. Critical Thinking: Proven ability to rapidly absorb new information and adeptly apply past experiences in novel situations.

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Associate who will proactively reach out to both new and existing members to drive enrollment and boost program completion rates.

Your role will be pivotal in realizing our vision of ensuring that every aging adult has access to customized, accessible online workouts. This full-time remote position will report directly to our Manager of Member Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outreach through phone, text, and email daily.
  • Execute over 100 outbound calls per day successfully.
  • Achieve an enrollment rate of 25% or more from all connected leads.
  • Ensure that 25% or more of all engaged members participate in a class within one week of outreach.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher.
