About the job

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Coordinator to join our Finance & Accounts department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely invoicing and payments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure prompt submission of invoices to customers.
  2. Monitor daily payments received from customers.
  3. Coordinate with clients related to overdue invoices.
  4. Conduct monthly balance confirmations with customers.
  5. Update the Purchase Order register in a timely manner.
  6. Provide weekly status updates on outstanding invoices to the sales team.
  7. Generate monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
