Key Responsibilities:Oversee client contract tracking and ensure timely completion of client billing. Verify billing requirements and authorize invoices for processing. Review and discuss billing schedules and project statuses with the finance director and financial operations manager. Monitor project travel and expense (T&E) costs, billing clients as necessary while reporting on overall spend versus budget to producers. Collaborate with producers (project managers) to manage significant production out-of-pocket (OOP) budgets for campaigns and projects. Examine vendor invoices with producers and submit for accounts payable processing. Assist producers by providing status updates on client billing, payments, and other financial snapshots. Utilize the internal production management tool, Grail, to track project statuses. Maintain all financial information related to jobs in the accounting system, Maconomy. Qualifications:Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing substantial datasets. Ability to multitask and manage several projects concurrently. Curious mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments. Proficient in advanced Excel functions, as well as MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Keynote, preferably in a Mac environment.
