To succeed in this role, you should possess:Proven experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Strong understanding of process automation principles and methodologies. Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify automation opportunities. Excellent programming skills, particularly in languages such as C#, Java, or Python. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with data integration and management, particularly with CRM and cloud platforms.

Role Overview

PolicyStreet is expanding its automation capabilities to transform the motor insurance ecosystem. The team aims to streamline operations, reduce processing times, and improve accuracy throughout the policy lifecycle. The Contract RPA Engineer will play a key role in designing and implementing automation solutions that increase operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data accuracy within policy and customer workflows.

This role works closely with Business Transformation, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to automate high-volume processes using RPA tools. Integration with platforms such as CRM systems, Google Cloud, and messaging tools is a core part of the job.

What You Will Do

RPA Development & Automation

  • Design, build, and maintain RPA bots for automating repetitive insurance tasks like quotation handling, policy issuance, and claims management.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions.
  • Create scalable and efficient automation workflows that follow RPA best practices.
  • Test, debug, and validate RPA solutions to ensure reliable performance.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize bots for ongoing performance improvements.
  • Ensure all automation solutions comply with regulatory and data security requirements.
  • Enhance existing automation scripts to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with RPA bots in production.
  • Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring for all automated processes.
