The Technical Consultant (TC) plays a pivotal role within our Global Services team, delivering high-quality technical solutions to clients while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position is based in Belgium and involves collaboration with both local and international stakeholders. The TC will work on solution design internally to uphold efficiency, best practices, and the sustainable application of Zeta’s products. The role encompasses full ownership of solution delivery, including configuration, quality assurance testing, and technical consulting, working closely with clients and partners to guarantee successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and project launches.
