In this role, you will take ownership of the client relationship throughout Swans engagements. This entails engaging with law firms, building trust with founders and senior executives, and articulating the business value of our Legal Engineers' work, ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable results.

Your Daily Activities
This dual-faceted role encompasses:
60% Client Relationship Management and Communication You will serve as the primary liaison for law firm leadership on active projects. You will facilitate executive meetings, manage expectations, identify risks early on, and ensure that clients are aware of deliverables and their significance.
40% Project Oversight and Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborating closely with Legal Engineers, you will decode technical deliverables into client-friendly language, guaranteeing that each sprint concludes with visible and impactful outcomes for the client.
You will tackle client-side challenges such as:
Building Stakeholder Trust: In instances where a managing partner is skeptical due to initial slow progress, you will analyze the situation, address concerns using data, and rebuild confidence without making unrealistic promises.
Change Management: When staff resist a new system created by Legal Engineers, you will devise an adoption strategy, conduct training sessions, and lead the transition.
