The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in Wealth Management for SME clients within the UAE. Access to personal transportation. CII Level 3 and CISI AWB certifications; CFA certification is a plus. Exceptional multi-lingual communication skills, with Arabic proficiency preferred (English is required).

About the job

As a Wealth & Bancassurance Specialist at First Abu Dhabi Bank, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Wealth & Bancassurance offerings within Business Banking. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the Sales & Coverage teams to drive deeper engagement with our Wealth & Bancassurance products among our Business Banking clientele. This includes actively interacting with customers and identifying new business opportunities for the bank.

Understanding and responding to customer needs will be fundamental to your success. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Wealth Management, demonstrating proven success in customer profiling, lead generation, and fulfillment.

Key Performance Metrics:

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet budgeted financial targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal standards. Key responsibilities include:

Revenue:

  • Reach monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and collaboration with assigned Sales & Coverage teams.
  • Ensure 100% activation of all assigned team members within the Sales & Coverage teams.
  • Maintain high-quality sales with minimal instances of clawbacks or cancellations.
  • Deliver consistent quarterly financial performance.

Process:

  • Comply with all sales guidelines established by the bank.
  • Participate in necessary training, certification, and assessments as required.

People:

  • Regularly engage with referral team members within the Sales & Coverage teams to cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Organize and conduct ongoing product training for all assigned team members to enhance product knowledge.
  • Take part in portfolio reviews to discover new business prospects.

Customer:

  • Develop accurate customer profiles through needs analysis and detailed fact-finding during every customer interaction to identify relevant opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers, providing timely product updates and addressing all inquiries related to our offerings.
