Post Closing Specialist (Recorder)

About the Role:
As a Post Closing Specialist (Recorder), you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of legal documents for recording across various jurisdictions. This position is crucial in maintaining the integrity of official records, including deeds and mortgages, while collaborating with Escrow, Title Curative, and Reconciliation teams to adhere to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before submission, returning or rejecting those that contain errors or omissions.
Work with the Escrow team to resolve any recording rejections efficiently.
Collaborate with the Reconciliation team to ensure recording fees are accurately accounted for in the system ledger.
Stay updated on changes to recording requirements across different counties and states.
Coordinate with the Post Closing team to ensure the timely return of executed legal documents to clients and stakeholders.
