Work Arrangement
- Remote position based in Mexico City or elsewhere in Mexico.
- Requires overlap with the U. S. Eastern Time (EST) workday.
- Monday to Friday schedule, about 40 hours per week.
- Independent contractor engagement.
Role Overview
The Virtual Executive Assistant / Associate Chief of Staff provides direct support to the CEO and acts as a central point for communication, task management, and project coordination. This position blends classic executive assistance with operational oversight, helping the team stay organized and accountable.
Success in this role depends on strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership. The right person anticipates needs and keeps operations running smoothly in a changing environment.

- Track and maintain visibility across tasks, projects, and team commitments.
