What You’ll Do:Analyze current and historical business performance and capital structure. Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts to evaluate liquidity needs. Create dynamic financial models reflecting clients’ historical and prospective performance. Support the preparation of corporate strategic plans. Assist in implementing approved business plans and strategies. Collaborate with client personnel and management to achieve objectives. Provide assessments of business options and contingency plans as necessary. Effectively gather, analyze, and organize large, potentially incomplete data sets. Contribute to the development of high-quality client deliverables. Offer interim support on operational initiatives as needed.

Turnaround & Restructuring

Our esteemed turnaround and restructuring advisory team is recognized nationally for its expertise across various industries and company sizes, particularly in the middle market. We equip clients with seasoned professionals renowned for delivering value through operational turnarounds and financial restructurings.

We are on the lookout for talented Turnaround & Restructuring professionals to join our ranks. You will play a critical role in providing comprehensive financial and operational support across diverse client engagements. Leveraging your experience and training, you will produce reports, financial models, and other deliverables that inform client strategies for turnaround and restructuring initiatives.

This role offers flexibility, based out of our Chicago, Dallas, or New York office, with the option to work remotely up to two days a week. Ideal candidates will be local to their chosen location.
