Key ResponsibilitiesManage a defined geographical territory, executing comprehensive sales strategies including market analysis, sales forecasting, and revenue growth, while ensuring customer retention through effective contract negotiations. Respond promptly to inbound leads and maintain proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Drive new business development and client acquisition by establishing strong relationships with contractors and construction principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can enhance their efficiency and profitability. Foster and maintain existing customer relationships to guarantee 100% satisfaction with EquipmentShare’s services and support, keeping them informed about new opportunities for business improvement through our solutions. Address customer inquiries and concerns swiftly, delivering engaging sales presentations to both prospective and existing clients. Devise innovative sales strategies and techniques to boost our market presence and client engagement.

We are on the lookout for a passionate Territory Account Manager at our Advanced Solutions rental facility in San Diego, CA. This role is ideal for an individual eager to grow with us, bring dynamism to their work, and contribute to shaping the future of construction. In this position, you will expand our customer base by cultivating relationships with contractors and construction company executives, promoting our extensive range of equipment rentals, which include climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, power solutions, and more.

Compensation: $70,000 - $400,000 annually (including a $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with no market restrictions).
