Join Our Team as a Technical Support Specialist – Level 2

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist – Level 2 to provide on-site support and ensure the seamless operation of IT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting end-users, resolving incidents and requests, managing IT inventory, and offering basic network infrastructure support.

This is a temporary position for 1 month, starting on February 2, with the possibility of extension, under a PJ/MEI contract. Proficiency in English is a plus, as it will facilitate communication with regional and international teams.

The technician will support various user profiles, including managers, VIP users, and sales teams. Therefore, excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
