What You’ll DoResolve complex support issues from merchants via email, Slack, and chat, ensuring timely, clear, and accurate responses. Manage ticket triage and prioritization, identifying root causes and escalating issues as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and enhance the merchant experience. Document and analyze support requests to identify trends and improve service quality.

Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a dynamic and quick-thinking Technical Support Analyst to manage the growing volume of technical support requests from our valued merchants. You will serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and merchant education, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience with Tabs.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and Contract Operations to address technical issues and identify recurring patterns. You will be the go-to resource for resolving technical challenges that do not necessitate engineering intervention but are critical for our merchants’ success.
