Your Role:

As a Technical Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support for internal processes and business teams on our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with a friendly, dedicated group of professionals, tackling complex problems and ensuring swift results. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of troubleshooting critical 24/7 client operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-level technical support to address, investigate, and resolve escalated incidents and service requests via our internal Service Management system.
  • Facilitate escalation to internal support teams for issues that require further resolution and monitor incidents until they are resolved.
  • Implement the incident management process to restore services and normalize platform operations as quickly as possible (using Atlassian Jira ITSM).
  • Engage in proactive monitoring of live production environments and manage events based on internal dashboards and alerts generated by monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Conduct tests to identify and confirm application defects and issues with external service providers, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development teams to investigate and retrieve real-time production logs (ELK Stack - Kibana).
  • Execute IT operations procedures efficiently to support the team’s objectives.
