Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the vital link between our product, support, and customer success teams, overseeing post-sales relationships for a diverse portfolio of mid-market clients. You will lead pilot programs, onboard teams, and ensure that every customer experiences tangible value from Wispr Flow. Your ResponsibilitiesOversee onboarding processes and pilot program success from initiation to full adoption. Manage a substantial number of customer accounts within your portfolio. Transform customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams. Monitor adoption and engagement metrics to identify early successes or potential risks. Provide exceptional support in collaboration with the Support team. Develop comprehensive documentation and scalable playbooks to enhance the post-sales experience. Become a subject matter expert on the Wispr Flow product. What You Bring2-4 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proficiency with technical tools such as Linear, Pylon, Notion, and Slack. Ability to communicate clearly, simplifying complex subjects for diverse audiences. Process-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills, curiosity, and a natural focus on problem-solving.
