About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager at Riskified, you will engage with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and technical workflows. You will play a pivotal role in assisting our merchants in optimizing the technical aspects of their Riskified services.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with well-known retailers striving to reduce online fraud and enhance profitability through the optimization of our service offerings.

Internally, you will work closely with departments such as Product, Account Management, Analytics, Data Science, and R&D to ensure all facets of the product lifecycle are effectively managed.

The ultimate objective of the Technical Account Manager is to take ownership of the technical integration processes, driving upsells and cross-sales to facilitate our merchants' growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, overseeing integration efforts and driving upsell and cross-sale initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of Riskified’s platform capabilities.
  • Develop and manage collaborative project plans with clients, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, and Support teams as the technical subject matter expert on both new and existing offerings.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct investigations of logs and data, and provide actionable insights and resolutions.
