Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous. Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to foster professional relationships with staff and clients. Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.2-3 years of relevant experience.

Join us as a Tech Leader in our IT Operations Center, where you will play a crucial role in providing infrastructure support and enhancing end-user computing experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to VIP users.
  • Deliver onsite assistance as needed.
  • Oversee governance related to administrator and user accounts, including access control.
  • Manage infrastructure support, including Microsoft Azure, M365, TrendMicro, Druva, HPE servers, VMWare, Cisco routers and switches, and firewalls.
  • Develop new OS images using MDT and perform bi-monthly updates.
  • Conduct bi-monthly application/software version maintenance as necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding security and policy deviations.
  • Perform monthly server patching and maintenance.
