Join apna as a Talent Partner specializing in Leadership and Strategic Hiring. In this influential role, you will be integral to shaping our leadership team and spearheading strategic recruitment initiatives. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to pinpoint talent requirements and cultivate a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates for pivotal leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business executives to assess and forecast hiring needs for leadership and strategic roles across Product, Technology, Business, Sales, Growth, Support, and Strategy.
  • Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies aimed at attracting elite leadership talent. Conduct high-quality headhunting, passive sourcing, and research-driven searches.
  • Establish and maintain organizational maps, talent intelligence, and competitive insights. Leverage market intelligence and data to guide recruiting decisions and enhance proactive sourcing efforts.
  • Evaluate, screen, and present candidates to hiring managers, ensuring they align with essential leadership competencies.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with external networks, industry contacts, and prospective candidates to build a diverse talent pool.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for leadership positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Offer insights and recommendations to refine recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
