The Role
We are searching for a passionate Talent Partner who is eager to shape the team and culture of a transformative company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take charge of Outpost's hiring strategy. Initially, your focus will be on recruiting top-notch talent, establishing a pipeline of exceptional candidates who will define our company’s future. As you progress, you’ll expand your role to encompass broader people functions such as onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee experience, and cultural development.
This role is pivotal—each hiring decision can significantly impact our trajectory. The right addition to our team can unlock new possibilities, while the wrong choice can hinder progress. You’ll be the key to ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.
You are an experienced recruiter who seeks to do more than just fill roles. You understand what excellence looks like in a rapidly growing company and are ready to build that from the ground up. You value culture as much as headcount and aspire to own the entire people strategy.

- Take ownership of the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Develop a talent pipeline for critical positions across engineering, commercial, operations, and legal sectors
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile for each role

- Secure exceptional candidates with a compelling offer
