Laba Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support team growth with people who share our values and drive. This position is remote, based in Kyiv, Kyiv city, Ukraine.

Role overview

This role involves more than just filling open positions. It focuses on building strong relationships with business teams, using analytics to inform hiring decisions, and shaping recruitment practices at Laba Group. The work brings new challenges and offers space for independent decision-making, professional growth, and support from a collaborative team.

What you will do

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle for Sales Manager roles, including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers.
  • Develop and implement search and engagement strategies using direct sourcing, social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates, assessing competencies, behaviors, case studies, motivation, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the hiring process by scheduling meetings, collecting feedback, and making joint decisions with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience and help strengthen the employer brand.
  • Work with analytics to track recruitment metrics, extract insights, and suggest improvements to hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with recruiters in global teams, participating in projects and calls as needed.
  • Drive high candidate engagement, especially when building the initial talent pool.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience (either agency or in-house).
  • Strong self-organization, attention to detail, and a structured work style.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret metrics and draw conclusions.
  • Proactive attitude, openness to process improvements, and confidence in sharing professional opinions.

Bonus points

  • Experience recruiting for mass or niche positions.
  • Interest in automation, AI, or experimenting with new recruitment approaches.
  • Background in mentoring, process improvement, or participation in HR projects.
