Your primary focus will be sourcing and attracting the best specialists in the market.Challenges Awaiting You:– Marketing approach: publishing and promoting job postings creatively across various job boards, platforms, social media, and professional groups;– Developing and implementing candidate sourcing strategies for roles ranging from junior to top management;– Supporting candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process (sometimes up to 5 steps);– Working with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, and automation tools;– Keeping abreast of the latest sourcing trends and implementing growth hacking solutions to reduce time to fill and cost per hire;– Enhancing candidate experience;– Expanding your network and building talent pools through headhunting.
