Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to manage our recruitment operations and enhance our people processes during this exciting phase of growth. This role will involve close collaboration with hiring managers across various departments, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to achieve headcount goals, improve the candidate experience, and implement scalable frameworks for talent management.

You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews to developing foundational onboarding and performance support systems. You will also assist in defining our talent acquisition strategy and improving our overall hiring practices.
