Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will oversee a team comprising recruiting operations, coordinators, and both internal and third-party recruiters. Your mission will be to devise and implement strategies, programs, and best practices that empower us to scale effectively with exceptional talent, fostering a high-performing and inclusive organizational culture. Your data-driven approach will help us understand the employee experience and enhance our environment to promote talent success. You will cultivate robust talent pipelines, ensuring we have access to a diverse array of candidates, thus building a talent engine that drives our organizational success.In this role, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization and within the People team to guide our talent acquisition and onboarding processes. You will measure and enhance the employee experience, developing flexible acquisition models to adapt to our evolving needs.
